STANDARD TRANSACTION COORDINATOR PACKAGE ($500)

In a standard Transaction Coordinator package, the Transaction Manager will be available during business hours from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. Please note that the coordinator will not be available on major holidays. This ensures focused and timely support during regular business hours for your real estate transaction.

UPGRADE TRANSACTION COORDINATOR PACKAGE ($700)

In an upgraded Transaction Coordinator package, the Transaction Manager will be available during business hours from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with the option of up to 6 additional flexible hours during the week, on Saturdays, or select holidays (such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving), available upon prior request and contractor availability. This added flexibility ensures you have extended availability and that your real estate transaction receives the timely, focused attention it requires.

Notice of Independent Contractor Status and Availability Changes

Please be advised that we are independent contractors and reserve the right to modify or change our business hours and availability at our discretion. If you are an existing client with ongoing transactions, we will provide prior notice of any changes to our availability and will make every effort to accommodate your needs accordingly. Your satisfaction and the smooth progression of your transactions remain our priority.
